JSAUX introduce anti-slip accessory for the official Steam Deck Dock, works with cases

Thanks to the JSAUX Anti-Slip Stand, you can use a case on your Steam Deck even with the official dock by Valve.

The JSAUX Anti-Slip accessory for the official Steam Deck Dock

Thanks to a new 'Anti-Slip Stand' introduced this Friday, November 25, accessory maker JSAUX has fixed one of the biggest gripes we all have with the official Steam Deck Dock: you can't use it without taking off any case you may have on your Steam Deck.

This Anti-Slip Stand, which is due to ship at the end of next month, extends the official dock by adding a larger insert to hold your Steam Deck — sitting on top of the original one imagined by Valve.

As you can see from the short video above, you fit Valve's dock into this stand by sliding it in from the side. It barely adds much additional height, so the dock cable still reaches the top of Steam Deck — but with this, the official dock can now be used whilst you're using a case. Nice.

As the name suggests, this device, made from an aluminium alloy, also shouldn't move about too much thanks to the non-slip silicone pad found along the bottom.

Finally, when not being used as a dock, you can also use this new JSAUX product as a standalone stand.

You can currently pre-order the upcoming JSAUX Anti-Slip Stand at an introductory price of $12.99, instead of the usual $15.99. Shipping starts December 20.
