February may well be the shortest month of the year, but that's not to say the month is short on quality games hitting the Steam store.
During the last month we saw the likes of One Piece Odyssey, Lone Ruin, Dead Space, and two Persona ports land on Steam.
Now, we've gone through all of the upcoming releases planned for this month ahead โย and today we're going to look through some of the February 2023 highlights.
Let's get to it.

Hogwarts Legacy
๐๏ธ Out February 10
๐ Steam Page
๐ฎ Steam Deck: Verified
An epic, open-world action RPG set in the Harry Potter universe. Sure looks the part โย but it's an unavoidable truth that buying it will put money directly in the hands of J.K. Rowling, a now prominent anti-transgender voice.
Here's some Hogwarts: Legacy alternative games you may want to consider on Steam Deck.
Wanted: Dead
๐๏ธ Out February 14
๐ Steam Page
๐ฎ Steam Deck: TBC
A gory 'hack and slasher meets third-person shooter' cyberpunk adventure game from the makers of Ninja Gaiden and the Dead or Alive games. You play as 'Lt. Hannah Stone' a Hong Kong cop trying to uncover a big corporate conspiracy.
It's described as a 'love letter to the sixth generation of consoles' with 'lo-tech 90s retro futurism' vibes.

๐ฎ Steam Deck: Unsupported
A new take on the 'hunting genre' โย this upcoming 3D action-adventure game from Koei Tecmo and EA will likely appeal to Monster Hunter fans. You're tasked with using 'ancient tech' in a fantasy/medieval Japanese setting to hunt down giant beasts. It has cross-play co-op too.

The beauty of Square-Enix's HD-2D graphics returns with a follow-up to the oddly literal-named hit RPG from 2018. The first game sold over 3 million copies, so this one is likely to do rather well too.
"In this faraway realm, eight travelers hailing from different regions venture forth for their own reasons. Step into their shoes and explore the land as you see fit, using their unique talents to aid you along your journey."
