Announced at GDC, device-maker AYANEO is getting into the tablet space.
Device-maker AYANEO is expanding its bulging hardware line-up yet again, announcing a new, gaming-focused tablet dubbed the AYANEO Gaming Pad.
Announced at GDC 2025, this upcoming device is being positioned as a flagship Android-powered gaming tablet, and is said to be the world's first device to feature Qualcomm's new Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 chip platform.
This AYANEO Gaming Pad uses an all-metal frame, and is complimented by a transparent glass back giving the overall device a somewhat futuristic look.
AYANEO have created a number of Android-based gaming portables now — back in November of last year we asked the company if they had any plans to enter the smartphone space — they said no. I guess this move into creating a tablet, complete with built-in cameras, is as close as we may get?
