Survey data reveals that Sony's second home console is one of the most popular to emulate on Steam Deck.
A new survey has revealed that Sony's PlayStation 2 is the most emulated platform on Valve's Steam Deck.
The findings come from the 2023 State of Steam Deck Survey which asked over 3,000 Steam Deck owners which platforms they have emulated on their portable PC.
Sony's PS2 home console, first released in 2001, came out on top as the most emulated console on Steam Deck, followed closely by the Game Boy Advance and Game Boy line-up and the GameCube.
The full breakdown of what platforms are popular emulation targets on Valve's handheld included the likes of the NES and SNES, N64 and PS1, along with the DS, 3DS, and Wii.
