Ryujinx is back, maybe

A new Ryujinx fork has appeared taking over development on the emulator.

Ryujinx is (maybe) back from the dead. A new team has taken over the source code and started development on the Nintendo Switch emulator.

There has been some activity on the GitHub page, but to "protect" the project, I will refrain from linking directly to it. Simply look for "GreemDev Ryujinx" on your search engine of choice.

Earlier this month, development on Ryujinx suddenly stopped after the lead dev was contacted by Nintendo (and rumours say, Nintendo paid them to stop working on Ryujinx). This marked the second death in the Switch emulation scene after Yuzu was nuked from the internet by Nintendo's ninja lawyers.

The Switch successor is rumoured to use the same file format for games as the Switch currently does, which is one reason I believe these emulators had to die.
