Yes, the new Legend of Zelda game may well have leaked online early, but the proper release is just a few short days away now — arriving this Thursday. It's one of just 50 games coming to the Nintendo Switch over the next week.
As usual, we've taken a look at all of the upcoming Switch games, and put together a list for you to go over. Each game has a short description of what it's broadly about, along with a link out to more information should you want it.
Other highlights this week include the new EA FC game, an anniversary edition of Worms Armageddon, and the 'rebrushed' version of Disney Epic Mickey.

Monday, September 23
- Golfing in Aether — A 3D minigolf game for up to 16 players online. Sep 24 in U.S.
- Ice Cream Wars — A rather daft, silly, and budget-friendly arcade game about selling ice-cream, fast. Sep 24 in U.S.
Tuesday, September 24
- Anarkade — This is a multiplayer arena shooter (with online) with 2D platforming mechanics.
- Aura of Worlds — 2D platformer adventure.
- Beyond Galaxyland — A nice looking 2.5D retro-futuristic adventure-RPG.
- Bloomtown: A Different Story — A cool narrative 2D JRPG with turn-based combat and monster taming, that's set in a 'seemingly pleasant' 1960s Americana world.
- 📦🎮 Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed — A remake of this rather cool 3D platformer. (Physical release)
- Food Boy — Think Paperboy, but in the Uber Eats age.
Wednesday, September 25
- Colorizing: Good Times — Pixel paint by numbers.
- Destructure: Among Debris — A bullet hell arcade action game that mixes brick breaking and air hockey mechanics.
- Go Mecha Ball — A bright, pinball-esque twin-stick shooter with roguelite elements. I reviewed the Steam version here on overkill earlier this year.
- Iron Meat — A gnarly looking fast-paced, run-and-gun 2D shooter.
- JALECOlle Famicom Ver. Bio Warrior Dan The Increaser War — 1987 action-adventure game, previously a Japan exclusive, returns on Switch, with plenty of quality of life additions.
- Rope Hope — Basic momentum-based arcade game.
- ZombFarm — Life sim, farming sim, avoid the undead sim.
Thursday, September 26
- 3 Minutes to Midnight — Comedy-packed adventure.
- Astrea: Six Sided Oracles — Dice-deck-building roguelike.
- BallZ DX — Brick breaking.
- Car Turning Simulator
- Cash Cow DX — 80s style arcade game.
- Creepy Tale: Some Other Place — A mysterious adventure "rich in riddles and eerie atmosphere".
- 📦 Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 — Fight giant enemies, save the world, with online play. (Physical release)
- Exographer — Sci-fi exploration.
- Games Advent Calendar 2024
- Luna-3X — A rhythm-action game.
- Murder is Game Over: Deal Killer — 2D murder mystery adventure.
- Paper Dash: Las Vegas — Fly a paper plane through sin city.
