đź”— Don't get too excited, but Xbox just mentioned Silksong

Copium. The Team Cherry Metroidvania sequel got a passing mention.

For those of you looking for any scrap, tidbit, or scant mention of Team Cherry's Hollow Knight: Silksong, here you go: Xbox just, very briefly, name checked the long-awaited game in a blog post over on their official site.

The post touches upon the successes of various indie developers across Xbox platforms, highlighting titles that have self-published via the ID@Xbox program.

In addition to mentioning several games that are already available, the post also looks ahead, noting: "our lineup is incredible with upcoming games likeClair Obscur: Expedition 33, Descenders Next, and FBC: Firebreak to play across the whole Xbox universe… and of course Hollow Knight: Silksong too! "

Told you it was brief.

The very real Metroidvania sequel was first announced in 2019. It's due for release whenever it's ready.
