Now it's official: In a series of tweets shared Wednesday, Valve (via the @OnDeck Twitter account) updated us with news that Steam Deck production is improving — so much so that shipping estimates for those with reservations are now updating, meaning you may get your Deck earlier than anticipated.
If you have previously reserved a Steam Deck and found yourself in the Q4 2022 delivery window (that's October through December), you may well have been bumped up to a Q3 delivery - which is anytime between now and the end of September. Exciting stuff.
If you're curious, you can check over any updated delivery details on the Steam website:

In addition to sharing updated shipping window estimates, the OnDeck Twitter account also revealed reservations for the Steam Deck are on the up.
The number of reservations for the portable device continues to grow daily and is now at its highest level since its launch earlier this year.
Another fun stat - the number of Steam Deck reservations being made on a daily basis continues to grow, and is at its highest since our launch earlier this year!📈
