While Valve hasn't officially acknowledged it yet, it looks like ordering a Steam Deck has become much faster.

As detailed by R.O.B. and Mad on Twitter, the time between preorder and getting a confirmation mail seems to have sunk to under two weeks.
While we're awaiting official confirmation, it looks like Valve has finally caught up to all the preorders and resolved their supply issues. We might soon be able to buy a Steam Deck and get it shipped immediately.
Hopefully, this will allow Valve to focus on shipping the Steam Deck Dock out soon.
