This week sees over 20 games come to the Nintendo Switch, including 2019 sci-fi mystery hit Outer Wilds, Scottish adventure A Highland Song, and Born of Bread — one that Paper Mario fans will likely want to check out.

Tuesday, December 5
- A Highland Song — A rather lovely looking platforming adventure through the wild Scottish Highlands. It's from the same team behind 80 Days and Heaven's Vault.
- A Long Journey to an Uncertain End — A futuristic narrative space opera.
- 🎮 Born of Bread — A 'wacky and joyful' RPG with turn-based combat. Classic Paper Mario fans will want to take note.
- While the Iron's Hot — A pixel adventure in which you play as a blacksmith.
Wednesday, December 6
- Battle Stations Blockade — A naval 3D rails shooter with a voxel look.
- Stone Age — A rather primitive action game.
Thursday, December 7
- City Driver: Car Parking Simulator — Top-down spacial puzzler.
- Crystal Chip Collector e — This looks cute! A fast-paced platformer/puzzler set inside a computer about a cat spirit that fixes PCs.
- Defend the Base: Tower Turret Shooting Range — Turret go bang bang at things.
- Dreamers: A Nostalgic Adventure — 90s nostalgia adventure game about friendship, exploration, and personal growth.
- Fearmonium — A 2D psychedelic metroidvania about exploring the consciousness of a teenager.
- Hiveswap Friendsim — A dark comedic visual novel set in the Homestuck / Hiveswap universe. M for mature.
- Pesterquest — As above. M for mature.
- Nessy the Robot — 8-bit style platformer.
- Outer Wilds — An award-winning open-world mystery game about a solar system that's trapped in an endless time loop.
- Sunsoft Mahjong Solitaire: Shanghai Legend — If you're after a Mahjong game, this looks like a solid option.
Friday, December 8
- Air Aces — A 3D aerial combat flight sim.
- Golf Guys — Arcade-style golf game with local multiplayer.
- Helix Jump — Arcade platform game.
- Mob Control — Mobile port action game.
- The Smurfs: Colorful Stories — A Smurfs colouring app for kids.
- Vege Bubble Shoot — Pop puzzle game.
- Xuan Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains — Chinese RPG with "traditional turn-based RPG mechanics and HD hand-painted sprites".
Saturday, December 9
- Yukar from the Abyss — A Japanese otome romance game about 'animal gods'. (December 7 in U.S.)
