⭐️ Big this week
The FTC vs Microsoft testimony ended this week, and it now all hinges on Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley's verdict, which is expected to arrive before July 18th.
If she rules for Microsoft, the acquisition would probably go forward (pending some issues with the UKs CMA). But if Judge Corley votes in favour of the FTC, Microsoft will likely abandon the deal altogether, with some analysts even expecting Microsoft to leave the console market and abandon the Xbox brand completely.
