There's around 15 games arriving on the Nintendo Switch over the next week, including Blasphemous 2 and WrestleQuest. Here's the full list.
🛍 Monday, August 21 — Sunday, August 27
Last week saw Vampire Survivors land on Switch — and this week sees Blasphemous 2 land on Nintendo's hybrid.
The much anticipated return of the popular hack 'n slash Metroidvania is just one of around 15 games coming to the Nintendo Switch over the next week.
The sequel to the 2019 hit game is joined by the likes of Shotgun King, Ginsha, and the delayed WrestleQuest. As ever, we've gone through the upcoming releases, and put together a list for you to look over. You'll find the full list below, along with a short description of each, and a link out to more information (such as screenshots, trailers, etc).

Tuesday, August 22
- Brave Bow Archer — An arcadey puzzler requiring arrow accuracy.
- Lost Forest — A walking adventure that sees you explore an enchanting forest that's 'shrouded in mystery and fog'.
- WrestleQuest — This is the 2D pro-wrestling RPG that was delayed, this is the new launch date.
Wednesday, August 23
- Virgo Versus the Zodiac — A sci-fi/fantasy JRPG with turn-based combat and real-time execution of moves.
Thursday, August 24
- Alice Escaped! — A cutesy Alice in Wonderland themed Metroidvania.
- Ashina: The Red Witch — This 2D pixel-art story-adventure game has you explore a world that looks inspired by Spirited Away.
- Blasphemous 2 — More brutal hack'n slash action-platforming in this nightmate Metroidvania sequel. M for mature.
- Ginsha — Described as an 'atmospheric pixelart' action platformer/Metroidvania with added RPG, Souls and crafting elements.
- King of the Hat — Not hill. 2D party platformer where you fight with a hat.
- Little Devil: Foster Mayhem — A 3D sim in which you seemingly play a little boy out to cause mischief.
- Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate — A unique 2D turn-based strategy roguelike in which you play chess with a shotgun.
- Word Search Puzzle: Find the Words! — A collection of word search puzzles.
Friday, August 25
- Giant Wishes — A visual novel about becoming a giant. M for mature.
- Rocket Car — These cars should form a league of some kind... 👀
- Wildagotchi: Virtual Pet — Retro style pet sim.
