It's another busy week ahead on the Nintendo eShop with over 50 games coming to the Switch over the next seven days — including the likes of Frog Detective, and the first Metal Gear Solid Collection. If that wasn't Kenough, there's also a Barbie interior designer game. 💅
As ever, I've gone through all of the upcoming releases, looking over each, and providing you with a short description of each to give you an idea of what all of the upcoming titles are about. You'll also find a link out to more information, such as screenshots, trailers, install size, and player information.
Let's get to it – here's what games are coming to the Nintendo Switch this week.

Monday, October 23
- Golf: Hole in Two — This is a budget-priced, 3D minimalist golfing game in which you need to score in just two strokes.
Tuesday, October 24
- 📦 Archetype Arcadia — This is a rather dark looking, sci-fi themed visual novel that's set in a post-apocalyptic world. M for mature. (Physical release)
- Car for Sale Simulator 2023 — You have to build your very own car dealership empire.
- Dreams of a Geisha — A match three puzzle game with 120 levels.
- Enchanted Portals — This is a 2D platformer with Cuphead-esque cartoon visuals and a magic theme.
- Just Dance 2024 Edition — This entry has 40 new songs to get your grove on too. You can either pay for all tracks or download for free and pay as you go.
- 📦 Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 1 — This first volume has a handful of classic Metal Gear games including the PlayStation 'Solid' original, and the two sequels. You can snag them either as an all-in-one bundle, or as separate downloads. M for mature. (Physical release)
- 📦 Pickleball Smash — A party sports game for four players. (Physical release)
- Springtime Hike — A chill, budget-friendly walking sim set in a forest.
Wednesday, October 25
- Composer World — This is a music making tool/app with hundreds of built-in instruments and soundsets to use.
- 🎮 Dave the Diver — This popular RPG meets management game was something of a smash when it debuted on Steam — it's now coming to Switch. You dive for fish by day, and serve it in your sushi restaurant by night. One of this week's highlights.
- even if Tempest: Dawning Connections — An otome/romance visial novel.
- 📦 Get Me Out, Please — You have to escape an abandoned school in this horror action game for up to four players. (Physical release)
- LumiereMagna — A magic themed 3D action combat game.
- Swapshot — This is a kinda neat looking 2D platformer with a teleportation mechanic. Cheap too.
Thursday, October 26
- A Perfect Day — This is an interesting looking interactive fiction game that's set in the 'final moments of 1999'.
- Animal Kart Racer 2 — A 3D kart racer featuring a selection of animal drivers.
- Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery — Another highlight here — a lovely trio of family-friendly, witty detective games.
- Gordian Quest — Here is a deckbuilding fantasy RPG with roguelite elements and turn-based strategic combat.
- Great Ambition of the Slimes — A neat looking slimy isometric tactical sim.
- Hamster on Rails — Puzzle adventure featuring a problem solving hamster.
- 📦🎮 Hana Awase New Moon — An otome visual novel with added hanafuda battles. There are four individual 'volumes' arriving on the Nintendo eShop this week, or an all-in-one physical bundle. M for mature. (Physical release)
- Horror Gallery — A spooky game just in time for Halloween. M for mature.
- Horror Tale 2: Samantha — A 3D horror adventure set in 90s America.
- Illuminaria — You control bunch of robots in this resource management game.
- Kickback Slug: Cosmic Courier — This is described as an 'avoidance-based' physics game featuring a fast slug in space.
- Nyanzou and Kumakichi: Let's make a flower garden — Create your own flower garden.
- Paintball 3: Candy Match Factory — Another match three puzzler.
- Paper Dash: Ghost Hunt — A 3D action game in which you play as a paper plane taking out ghosts...
- Save the World — Sci-fi visual novel. M for mature.
- Seaside Driving — An 80s style arcade racer.
- Space Storeship — A puzzler set in an empty spaceship.
- ⭐️ Spin Rhythm XD — An interdimensional electronic music rhythm game.
- The Kitty in the Trapping Garden — A budget escape room.
- Varenje: Don't Touch the Berries — Here's a quirky hidden object game with a rather unique look to it.
- Visco Collection — There's a total of seven arcade games here, with some added modern enhancements.
- Wet Steps — Visual novel.
Friday, October 27
- 📦 30 Sport Games in 1 — A wide variety of sports here. (Note: The physical release arrives in November)
- Alive Paint — A kids digital colouring book with an animation component.
- 📦 Barbie DreamHouse Adventures — A home decor/interior designer Barbie game. (Physical release)
- 📦🎮 Crymachina — A rather striking action-heavy sci-fi RPG featuring 'synthetic beings'. (Physical release)
- 📦 Desolatium — Lovecraftian graphic adventure point and click game. M for mature. (Physical release)
- 📦 DreamWorks Trolls Remix Rescue — Kids game based on the Trolls movie. (Physical release)
- Hero Survival — Another Vampire Survivors style roguelite, but this time featuring classic horror film enemies.
- Kraken Odyssey — A seafaring 3D action meets racing game.
- Murder is Game Over — This is a murder mystery game in which you play as a crime-solving detective and his dog.
